Gioia Concrete Construction is a fast-growing commercial and industrial concrete construction company. We are looking for high-caliber, career-oriented individuals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be exposed to Gioia’s fast-paced building environment and help build the Gioia brand. We are seeking hybrid, remote, full-time, and part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee social media accounts’ design
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Track and report performance metrics (website traffic, engagement, campaign ROI) using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Manage SEO, Google Business Profile, and paid digital campaigns
- Travel to job sites and produce live social media content with pictures and video on ground and by drone
- Interact with user and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Update the website with new content
- Design Gioia swag and be involved in all employee engagement programs
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and careers-page content to support hiring
Requirements:
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and social media formats
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms
- Ability to use flying drone to capture video content
- Time management skills & ability to multitask
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Pursuing a degree in videography, marketing, or public relations preferred
- Portfolio of content and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads) a plus
